After submitting your application and audition tape, our panel of industry experts and community leaders will review all submissions. If selected as a finalist, you will be notified by email and proceed to the next stage of the competition, which includes public voting, interviews, and training sessions. Any other email addresses should be regarded as unauthorized and not genuine.

Applications are evaluated based on a combination of factors, including hosting abilities, creativity, digital presence, community engagement, and ability to work a crowd. Finalists will be chosen based on their overall fit for the role of Salsa Ambassador.
